"At the dawn of the 17th century, at the end of the era of civil wars, in a world of chaos, the epic Battle of Sekigahara was joined. One man emerged from the largest battle ever fought on Japanese soil ... a terrible warrior of unspeakable power, he was nicknamed 'the unconquerable'... " -tokyopop.com Personally my favorite manga out there. Though I've never heard the nickname 'the unconquerable' before. Maybe thats the real translation? They call him Demon Eyes Kyo so I've read (to 15). Only 16 volumes to go.

Yep, it's definitely worth re-reading I say. The art is the best I've seen anywhere. One thing thats really cool about it is the characters. Theres so many other then Kyo and they're all well developed. You really start liking the villains because they have stories that go with them and you can undrestand them. Everyones so cool. But my favorites are Kyo and Keikoku(v.13).

Lol, Tora is pretty fuuny, I agree. I like when he opens his eyes, he turns all evil looking. And Keikoku's just cute. XD He's so short too, he has those giant sandals that raise him up like a foot, and he's still shorter then Kyo. ^.^

This is a good one! I have the Dvds 1 - 5, and let me say its nothing like the manga! When every enemy they meet transform something isn't right...but I have to say its funny!
But the manga!! I like it! I have Vols. 1- 14 (And 17 is already out in store). I wanna read more but I have to reread it because the anime got me confused and I forgot what happened in the manga.
But good series either way!

Yers..thats why I've never looked into the anime. The art isn't as good either. Kyo is hotter in the manga. XD I have all of them out right now. As soon as they release I own it. ^^;
