Purple is good too. Especially lavenders. My pillows on my bed are lavender. Suprisingly it looks good with black and red.

I'm n ot a fan of purple, but it is the color of royalty so there must be some significant reason to have it around. (kidding, the color of royalty should be respected and I do respect the honor that it represents).

yeah for symbolizim! But why is green envy? Why can't green be something like the birth of nature since spring is green and the resurection of nature.

Because I said so. The closest green comes to that is immaturity. Being "green behind the ears" and all that. It's still envy, and money too though...

For me it more like this
White= peace, pourity, monarchy
Blue= Water or the sky that gives peace of mind
Red= Beauty or Revolt
Yellow= color that symbolyzes Budhism
Orange= Hinduism
Green= Nature or Islam and also the eyes of one special girl *dreamy sigh*
Purple= Royalty, Nobility and sometimes girl's color
Pink=I always assossiate this with cute and sweet girls, lol
Black= the color of night, anarchy and lack of color whatsoever. Also shadows and for me black and white is together actually. "Where's light, there's always shadows."
My favorite is White and Red is my second favorite

Yellow does means quoranteen sometimes as well. It's just that yellow and orange are chosen by Hinduism and Budhism as their colors. Orange also makes me thing of sun or gold sometimes.
The colours of Russian flag are white, sky blue and red (top to bottom order) White there represents heavens and faight, blue represents the sky below the heaven and finally red symbolizes the Russian land and people and that's only one explanation of colours out of many others. Some say that white represents Russians, blue represents Ukranians and red represents Belorussians. Or that red and blue were always the favorite colors of Russians and most used by kozaks in their uniform and white reprsents faighfulness to the God, Tzar and the fatherland. No one quite sure what those colors really stand for.

Maybe colors don't represent anything, they just pick random ones and stick em on flags. XD Like, red, white and blue mean patriotism here...but someone just made it up, so it's not really the colors that mean anything, it's what we make up, and match to colors? @_@

Well red, white, and blue appear on the British flag. So what I think happened was that the founders made a variation of the British flag. I believe maybe that the red and white stripes represent the blood and sacrifice that the original 13 colonies shed to win our indepedence. Blue represents the loyalty of the states. Which is ironic because of the stars that appear on the blue.
